AGO Jobs will call the candidates it already has

Staffing groups spend money finding new candidates while thousands they already found sit unused in their own database.

Someone applied eight months ago. The role filled before anyone called them back. The record stayed in the database and the person carried on, possibly still looking. Nobody at the agency knows, because phoning thousands of old profiles to find out is not work a recruiter has time for.

AGO Jobs & HR is handing that job to Ringtime. They are a Belgian group with around 100 offices in Belgium, 5 in France and more than 16 divisions, so the database runs to thousands of profiles across very different kinds of work.

Ringtime will work that pool over phone and WhatsApp, in Dutch and French. One conversation asks whether someone is still available and what they are looking for now, then writes the answer back into Next, their ATS. Candidates who are available get a slot with a recruiter. New applicants get screened the same way as they come in.

The build starts after the intake in September, going live later this year.
