Our story

It started with a dentist who never called back

Vincent had a toothache and no dentist picked up. Diederik ignored his garage's reminders for weeks, until someone finally called him. Two small things with one lesson: people answer when someone reaches out at the right moment, on the channel they use.

We took that to frontline hiring, where it hurts most. The candidate who applied on Monday is working somewhere else by Wednesday. So in 2025 we started Ringtime in Ghent.

Every step should feel like a conversation.

Frontline workers have no CV and rarely read email. They pick up the phone after their shift, in their own language. So we built Ringtime: it finds candidates, calls and texts them until they answer and books the right ones with a recruiter.
