Carerix is PIXID Group's recruitment platform in the Netherlands and the ATS for more than a thousand staffing agencies and corporate recruitment teams across 19 countries. It carries the applicant tracking and the client relationships in one product. Ringtime now runs on top of it to handle the full candidate outreach.

What it does

Carerix organises the work around the match: the object that ties one candidate to one vacancy and moves through phases as the process runs. Ringtime attaches to that object.

You nominate a phase. Every match that arrives there enters the screening campaign for that vacancy. Ringtime reaches the candidate on phone and WhatsApp in their own language, often within minutes of the application. Ringtime reads the phase again before each attempt, so a recruiter who has already picked up the phone cancels the rest without telling anyone.

The outcome comes back as an activity note on the candidate, one per attempt and timestamped, carrying the score, the answer to every screening question and a link to the full conversation. The match moves to the phase you mapped for that result: interview booked, review needed, candidate withdrew.

A candidate who asks to speak to someone is transferred to the office that owns the vacancy in Carerix.

Does Ringtime integrate with Carerix?
Yes. Ringtime hooks into the Carerix match. When a match reaches the phase you nominate, Ringtime screens the candidate by phone and WhatsApp, writes an activity note with the score and the answers onto the candidate, and moves the match to the phase you mapped for that outcome.

Do I need to migrate off Carerix to use Ringtime?
No. Carerix keeps every candidate, vacancy and match. Ringtime adds a screening layer on top and writes its results back, so your data stays where it is and your recruiters keep one system. Setups are live in weeks.

Who controls candidate status and data in Carerix?
You do. You choose which phase triggers Ringtime and which phases it may set, and Ringtime only appends to a candidate record. Recruiter notes and fields are never overwritten.
